Hello Happy Wednesday! I found this African skirt in mom’s closet, and you guessed it…fits me perfectly! So of course I had to debut it on the blog. I have to say this skirt is completely African vintage it’s at least 10 years old. I’m surprised it’s still in good shape and works so well with this look. Regardless, the fabric is thick you can totally wear this skirt all year long…with opened slits on the side for some air 🙂 What’s fun about this look was taking something old and pairing it with something new my StyleScan sweater..This seems like a fashion wedding or something !?!? Right!?!?!

Hello Happy Monday! I had a chance to collaborate with fashion blogger Amanda over at Done N Done.

Who doesn’t love the show Pretty Little Lairs?!?! We’ll Amanda and I decided to swap styles from the main characters of Pretty Little Liars. I love how each character has their own style which can relate to their personalities. She choose Aria Montgomery which works perfectly with Amanda’s aesthetics go check out her PPL Blogger Style post at Done N Done. I went for Spencer Hastings style she has such a preppy yet edgy conservative look! Spencer loves rocking menswear inspired ensembles. Let’s no forget, she adds a twist of vintage dresses by pairing her looks with lace tights and leather oxfords. I wanted to go for a natural mix of masculine and feminine look. I took a men’s blazer jacket and matched it with knee high boots. Sticking with neutral colors by pulling the look together with mustard sweater and buttoned-up top. So anyone can dress like Spencer Hasting with keeping your looks classy yet conservative?!?!

Hello Happy Wednesday! I hope your having a nice week so far! When I went to NY a couple weeks ago. Traveling back from NY I wanted to be comfortable but still keeping it trendy. That’s why you must realize sweatpants are the best traveling look?!?!? Who say’s you can’t wear a put together look with your old sweats pairing with a tailored blazer or leather jacket underneath with a buttoned-up or fitted top. My favorite boutique Meeps, Le Bustiere, the Sophisticate, Twisted Aristocrat, Carnliean Boutique, and Andrea D’Ambrosia. A couple hours of shopping, I found some plenty of discounts on clothing, handbags, jewelry and accessories.

Hello Happy Wednesday! I had a excursion with my time at Barnes & Noble. Who doesn’t like reading books or in my case fashion magazines! In this Fashion Industry for Bloggers, it’s all about knowing all the latest fashion and trends, the best designers, networking, and fashion shows….you can only find that in Fashion Magazines. For me fashion magazines are like a book that I can’t stop putting down…hahaha. When I get People Style Watch new issue in the mail, I really want to jump up and down of excitement. Instead,I run to my room browsing and looking at the magazine for hours until I have studied it. Truly, I love how they layout the different looks you can try. In my head, it allows me to start thinking how to create that same outfit, but wearing it my WAY!?!?!

Even though, I love reading fashion magazines, you can definitely get any sort of book in Barnes & Noble from cooking, mystery to even drama. Regardless of what book you like Knowledge is Power!
