Happy Friday! I hope your getting ready for the weekend! So, snake skin products have been around in fashion for decades. This trend has been currently expanding with different apparel such as snake skin shoes and also being displayed in many popular fashion clothing lines. I know that I when I was younger, I thought that snakeskin was so tacky, but now it is really growing on me. It adds such a cool appeal that can be infused with any outfit.
I love this snake skin boot that I paired with neutral colors. The boot is different in a chic way because it is not all snake skin. This must-have boot represents cool, funky, and retro style. You definitely need to add snake skin to your wardrobe. I recommend moderation; less is definitely more. High end fashion is always separated from ostentatious looks 🙂 . Would you rock the snake skin bootssssssssssss? LOL!

Happy Saturday! It has been such a long week, but I made it though. I can honestly say fashion is my therapy, which is second to my relationship with God. There have been times when I feel down and I put a great outfit on and I instantly feel better! Colors can especially change your mood from 5% to 110%. Also, wearing the right size is essential. I know when I wear particular pants that are too tight; it makes feel angry and uncomfortable. Good circulation is so important because you need to find pants that fit and flatter your body type.
This professional outfit really changed my mood. This colorful zig-zag chiffon top is very unique and is alternative to the striped shirts. These wide leg pants are so comfortable and I love the high waist which gives me more curves (News flash: These pants can be worn with anything!) I did not want to wear a black cardigan or blazer, I’m glad I opted for this neutral blazer. I had to add a little bit more color as my outfit was simple. I added this red clutch as a cute accessory. I know that my fashion therapy is to wear things that flatter me, fits my body type, and wear colors that change my mood. Do you think that wearing certain clothing or colors can really change your mood?

Happy Saturday! I hope your having a great weekend so far. When I wore this outfit it made me think of gathering of all women coming together for a good old talking tea party. I always wanted to have a tea party where you can wear your best dress and blazer that really makes you stand out. This outfit has different textures that really work well together. The emerald green is new this fall, which is consider to be the new black this season. I just had to add this pink blazer which really complements my emerald dress. What do you think…. do you like the emerald green with bright pink?

Happy Wednesday! I took these photos last weekend and it was so beautiful outside that it felt like fall weather. I was trying to put this outfit together and I started to grab my black pumps and realized that I could rock my fascia pumps instead! I paired it with my jean button up top and striped jeans. Every daring lady needs to own a bright colored pair of pumps to stand out. These shoes add a dash of color to a very simple look. What do you prefer, color or neutral pumps? I say spice it up!

Happy Wednesday!!! So, let me start off with this question…why can’t Christmas season have knock off deals all year long? Stores should consider having more discounted sales after Christmas instead of consumers paying full price (I’m such a frugal shopper and I really don’t like paying full price, I just love a bargain)! After the Christmas holiday, I bought these two items, the faux fur vest and the chestnut bootie wedges for HALF OFF of the original price. It was totally worth it, because as soon as I picked up these items, the wheels in my head began turning. I was already making outfit ideas that I could create. Personally, if you want shoes that you can wear at work or late night going out with some of your colleagues; booties are the way to go. Seriously, they are the best things ever made for women because they are so comfortable and you can still be so stylish (Let’s keep it real;you won’t damage your feet after 3 hours of wearing them). I cannot tell you enough how much I love faux fur vest…I’ve learned over the years that you should keep key pieces that never go out of style. As soon as I saw this vest, it reminded me of the many puffy vests I have from from the 90’s. I’m not ever giving away this vest; it is so versatile that there are so many ways to wear it. You can opt to wear this vest by putting it over jackets, sweaters, blazers, or even a dress. No matter how you wear it– dressed up or down, you can still pull off a chic look and still keep warm during the winter…Brrr, it is cold out there!

Happy Wednesday!! Sorry for not posting last week, I’m totally back and ready to roll for this New Year!!I hope you all had an amazing New Year and staying safe out there 🙂
You remember the time, when you were a kid and your mom use to dress you up in an outfit that would be so matchy-matchy. Well, my mom did and she would have me wearing a nice puffy pink dress with so many bows, I think the dress was bow crazy…lol.. She then would pair the dress with a pink cardigan, white stockings, and white Mary-Jane flats…..can’t deny it was super cute!
Seriously, you can still dress yourself the same way your mother did when you were a kid. Right now, the new trend is matchy-matchy wearing different shades of the same color. I think that if your not comfortable wearing bold colors in your outfits, the matchy-matchy trend is a good way to make your outfit be simple without trying to be too trendy. I sometimes go really crazy with bold prints and colors that I need a day to tone my outfit down. I’m still experimenting with this trend, hopefully my next post won’t be lime green matchy-matchy….:)

Happy Wednesday! You want to catch someone’s attention, here it goes…go to any stores that you love and pick up a reasonable priced faux fur vest. I wore this to my congregation and someone said that they thought I was a movie star…not quite…I think it was my head wrap, I didn’t want to wear a hat so i opted for a bold gold head wrap that complimented my outfit, which stayed in the theme of my color palettes…You don’t need to try too hard to add fur or a bold head wrap so that it can make a simple outfit be sure to be an eye catcher..wink!
I didn’t know whether to wear the sunglasses or glasses. What do you prefer, I should wear?

Happy Wednesday! I’ve been waiting to wear something electric in my wardrobe. In women’s work attire, it’s such a must have to wear blue trousers. I wore these trousers to work and many co-workers commented on the color because it grabbed their attention. I love that I can wear it with many of my neutral colors, but in many different ways. Keeping it real; I probably will have another post with these blue trousers to brighten all of your days. Have a good rest of the day and week!!!!
