WHAT I WORE:
Nairobi, Kenya: Top & Skirt
H&M: Jacket & Sunnies
Shoemint: Shoes
Sidedish Mobile: Necklace
Forever21: Bracelet
JustFab: Bag

Hello Happy Wednesday! I was looking through my closet to get rid some old unwanted clothes…I came across this two piece African safari print in the back of my closet…..I was like seriously!?!?
I haven’t worn this outfit yet as Fall is here…If you haven’t noticed, I’m trying to wear all my summer looks before it gets seriously cold!…..this two piece is straight from Kenya my mom brought it back for her trip.

What’s interesting is the fashion in Kenya has been progressing, but how they make the clothing is well made…I see more prints more in America…so Kenya fashion can be worked into your wardrobe. What I like about this look is that you can wear it with heels or flats…It can be complimented with many colors like greens, blacks, or camel…African prints are awesome you can style these looks they way you want! I choose to wear my look with green palettes and paired with a moto jacket which makes it more modern. That’s the beauty of fashion, it looks like I’m not wearing African print…definitely a part of my wardrobe!

Would you wear more African prints in your wardrobe?

                                                                   See you next time!

ALL ABOUT MEN: BONOBOS SUITS…..

Happy Friday! I hope your ready for the weekend! This post is a new series called “All About Men”, ladies we dress ourselves, usually some of our partners need our help! So, how about we look good together!

If your a man’s man’s definitely consider checking out, Bonobos it’s a classic Suit Styling & Fit with Tips from VP of Design, Dwight Fenton. He designed a brand that’s ideal menswear but the modern way. If your man that wants to update your closet you can choose from different styles that’s just right for you! The first thing I think of when I see a man walking down the street is who dressed him? Did he take the time to make sure his pants are long enough? Is he wearing the same shoes from high school? Is his shirt too big or too small? To me, fit is everything whether your man or woman

When you see a man in a suit, you ask the question where did he get that suit?…does the suit compliment his style and body? What makes Bonobos unique is the suits are geared to your style and how you want to wear that suit. Bonobos has well fitted suits that will make you stand out….ladies your looking for the perfect gift for your man check out Bonobos new men’s suit collection.

If I were styling a man’s wardrobe, I would definitely use some pieces like the Heritage Washed Chinos has a clean cut style that can make the ultimate man well put together. If you have a laid back style choose their Washed Chino Shorts with many prints, colors, and classic looks. There’s many styles for the perfect men’s wardrobe just choose the right fit, the color, or the style….

I like that most men know what they want to wear, how about getting some guidance  from Fenton’s simple suit tips to find the right fit:

• Fit starts with the shoulders: The jacket should grab your shoulders snugly but not be overly tight. If the shoulders fit, pretty much anything else can be adjusted.
• Length matters: To determine the appropriate length, you should be able to cup the bottom of the suit with your arms by your side.
• Show some shirt: A flexible but general rule of thumb is to have a quarter-inch of your shirt cuff showing. If you’re wearing a heavier cuff, like a French cuff, you may want to show a little more.

“Fit is the most important detail for a suit. Marry that with classic color options and quality fabric, and you have a great looking, versatile suit for every occasion,” says Dwight Fenton, Bonobos VP of Design.

Men, go shop now for that ultimate suit at Bonobos
See you next time!

Hello Happy Wednesday! I hope your all doing good for this Wednesday! Leopard trend is here to stay! Go and get your leopard print to wear during this fall season. By mixing leopard print you can come up with some cool combos, but not looking like a hot mess 🙂 Always think what neutral color will go with the cheetah print that way you can work around the colors to make sure your look is cohesive. Here’s some current and past outfits to get an idea of cheetah looks:
HOW TO WEAR LEOPARD PRINT-SPORTY LOOK
For the look I pulled of this week, I wanted to play around with the burgundy and greens. I really wanted to wear the burgundy hat and pastel green sneakers, I was like I can wear them both. If you decided to pull off a look like this make sure the color palettes compliment one another….burgundy and greens will totally work!
